What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume venue Lead, train and inspire your kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality meals Create and implement menus that showcase fresh, local produce and align with the venue's brand Manage food costs, stock control, ordering and wastage Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and OH&S standards are strictly adhered to Work closely with management to deliver exceptional customer experiences Build and develop your own kitchen team - recruit, train, and mentor staff What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a busy pub, club, or restaurant environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow your team Excellent organisational and time-management skills A creative approach to menu design and food presentation Sound understanding of cost control and kitchen financials Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Must have full working rights in Australia (❌ No sponsorship available ) To apply online, please click on the apply button.
